Returns & Refund Policy

All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of date of purchase upon receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued from Glamour Wind. All such RMA’s may receive a complete replacement unit, replacement parts, full or a partial refund at the sole discretion of Glamour Wind. There are no additional cost or fees associated to an RMA, including restocking fees or processing fees, however some cases (as discussed below) may be at the customer’s shipping expense.

If an item is not delivered or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us within 7 days to submit a claim for an RMA. We may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the request to be completed. If a replacement unit or replacement parts are requested, please be aware that the fulfillment time frame is based on product availability and alternatives may be offered.

Items returned must be in their original packaging or acceptable packaging, along with all accessories in the original shipment. All instances of returns from damaged or defective products are shipped back to us at Glamour Wund’s expense. All other returns are shipped back to a Glamour Wind at the customer’s expense. In cases where you choose to provide the shipping, a tracking number must be provided to Glamour Wind and confirmed delivered to an our warehouse to complete the warranty transaction. Please note that it is at the company’s discretion to decide if the item may be returned to Aosom. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to issue once the item has been returned, or we have stated your pictures are counting as your return.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted and any shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can only process cancellations for active campaigns. Call us or send us an email with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund. 

NOTE: We are unable to cancel orders once an offer has closed and the printing process has commenced.

The production process starts quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order before it starts being made. For any changes, send us a note before production starts at support@glamourwind.com. Be sure to include your order number and details on the change to expedite processing it for you.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each campaign, they will only qualify for a refund if the product itself is flawed, if the quality of the printing is poor or if the final product is materially different from the product presented on the site.

If there’s an issue with your product, please email us at support@glamourwind.com with:

  1. Photo(s) of the affected package and items(s).
  2. Your order number and/or the email address registered to the order.
  3. More details about the package that is relevant.

We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.

Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM?

Each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement items for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The quality of the printing is poor.
  • The final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
  • The following information of the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.

Additional non-returnable items: 

– Gift cards 

– Downloadable software products 

– Some health and personal care items

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

If the customer would like to return the item we only accept returns of items if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

After contact to support@glamourwind.com and receive our response with returns eligible address, please do exactly following instructions:

  • Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
  • Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to address mentioned in the email.

Then please provide us the tracking number from the post office or couriers. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items. We will also send you another email to notify you if we approve or reject to refund in your case.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR SWITCHING TYPE/SIZE/COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?

You can exchange type/size/color of the products on 12 hours. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via support@glamourwind.com

MY SHIRT DOESN’T FIT. WHAT DO I DO?

You may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items for a different size within 10 business days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style and color that was originally ordered. From start to finish, please give your exchange 3-7 business days on domestic orders to get back to you. For international orders please give us 1-3 weeks for delivery.

We can only exchange once, so make sure to double-check our size chart, linked below the item selection area of the order screen.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS?

From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 business days on domestic orders to get back to you. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & International orders please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment. Once we have your item, we’ll send the exchange or qualify for the refund.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

We try to process orders within one business day (excluding Sat, Sun and holidays) whenever possible, so if you cancel the same day, we should be able to keep the order from shipping and have you refunded within 1-2 business days.

If you cancel and the product has already shipped, we will attempt to have the carrier RTS (Return To Shipper) the product back to us, but this is not always successful and we will need for you to monitor the tracking to refuse the product if they try to deliver. Once the item is confirmed en route back to us, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us directly at support@glamourwind.com.

COUPON | PROMO | DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount, promo or coupon codes are not applicable to prior, existing or pending orders.
  • Discounts cannot be converted to the cash value.
  • Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promos.
