Shipping Policy

Glamourwind store 100% shipped all orders in the USA. We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

 

We ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico), P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

With warehouses on both coasts, we are able to reach most of our customers within a 3-business day timeframe. Occasionally a warehouse is out of the product and the warehouse further from you will have to fulfill the order which could make the ETA up to 6 days. Some of our larger product (such as outdoor furniture sets) is best shipped via LTL (Less than Truck Load) freight to best ensure safe delivery, and once the shipment arrives, FedEx will require an appointment to deliver the order, so please include a phone number in your order you can be reached at. Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver will require an additional charge).

Please double check the delivery address prior to ordering to ensure your package reaches its intended location. We can only ship your order to the address given to us in your order at the time you checkout. If you contact us with a change of address and we haven’t processed the order yet, we can make the change. If the order has already been processed and is on the FedEx truck (even though the order doesn’t show shipped in the marketplace), or has movement on FedEx.com, you only need to create an account on fedex.com/us/delivery, and you will be able to redirect your package(s).

How long would it take for my order to be shipped?

After receiving your payment, we will process it within 1-3 days, we will update the traking number for you. Customers, please give us several days depends on the product type that you ordered. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days for all products.

Can I track my order?

Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 3 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.

If you didn’t receive an email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Chargeback, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

Where is my order?

To check on the status of an order please use the tracking number that we send to your email.

If you have ordered several items, they are often shipped out in separate packages so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent.

When will my order ship out?

Orders usually ship 1-3 days from the date the production process started. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on local postal service in your area.

How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
So it takes 1-3 business days to process the products. Customers, please give us several days depends on the product type that you ordered.
 
Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days for all products?

Your order will arrive approximately 5-8 business days after it’s shipped. We use different shipping partners, but final delivery is usually via USPS, DHL, OSM depend on recipient address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness

For international shipping please give us 1-3 weeks. Final delivery is usually via your local postal service.

Expedited shipping options available for domestic orders at an additional cost. Expedited shipping guarantees your order will arrive in 1-3 business days

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship worldwide

Why I cannot choose fastship for my order?
There are certain colors that are rare or always low in stock that require more time to process so that we cannot offer fast shipping with these specific colors on the orders. If you wish to have your items to deliver faster, feel free to contact us at support@glamourwind.com, so we can have a look and do the best that we can.
 
My tracking number isn’t working ?
Tracking numbers can take 1-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can experience delays updating their site or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 4 business days then processing time policy, please contact us at support@glamourwind.com
 
I haven’t received a shipment notification ?
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, the email may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please reach out at support@glamourwind.com as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!
 
How do you handle Customs/Duty Charges?

Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight and/or value of your order.

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.

If your package is marked delivered, but you never received it, follow these steps:

  1. Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
  2. Ask your neighbors as they may have received your package instead.
  3. Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.
  4. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@glamourwind.com

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you believe error contact us support@glamourwind.com.

Shipping multiple orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. Please check the refunds policy. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.

Shipping to multiple locations ?

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address changes:

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.

Customs charges and delays

Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks which are out of our control.
